My play counts aren't updating
Your play counts update automatically from Apple Music. If your history or insights aren't up to date, tap Sync. This uploads your latest data to the cloud, which is what powers your listening history and insights.
The app says I need an Apple Music subscription
TrackSense reads your listening history directly from Apple Music. An active Apple Music subscription is required to access this data.
My stats look wrong or incomplete
Apple Music only tracks plays made while the app is active, so plays from other sources or older history may not be included. Try syncing again and give it a moment to process.
I want to delete my data
Deleting the app removes all local data. To permanently delete your cloud data and account, email me at russ@tracksense.fm and I'll handle it promptly.
The app crashed or something isn't working
Try force-quitting and reopening the app. If the issue persists, reach out via the feedback page and I'll look into it.
